great location lovely room helpful staff old item outdated bathroom missing bar
the hotel has a great location in town. the breakfast room was very lovely. i found the staff very clean and helpful overall. it was a nice way to start my day. the selection was good, well stocked.
the hotel itself lacks features that i would expect. the rooms were furnished with items that were old. also bathrooms could use an update. there is no bar in the hotel, just a restaurant.

attentive staff ample space
The room had ample space and cleanliness. I appreciated the attentive staff .
Air conditioning was not very effective. The controls were unresponsive, a bit inconvenient.

The reception staff was excellent and helpful! The doorman remembered me from last year and greeted me warmly, ensuring all of my luggage was properly delivered to my room. The team prearranged a taxi for me to the airport the next morning.

Breakfast included many high quality choices. I preferred the continental options. My husband enjoyed eggs. I found it very good. I also ate three nights in the hotel restaurant. The food was AMAZING!!!

the location is amazing, offering easy access to beaches! restaurants are nearby! shopping is convenient! mass transportation options are readily available. the staff assisted with scheduling the ferry to st tropez, i will stay again!
the elevator could be a bit slow at times.

amazing location warm smile nice interior weak air conditioning breakfast variety outdated equipment
the hotel's location was amazing! it sits right on the promenade. the views of the sea were a constant joy, a tender reminder of nature's beauty. i found the staff friendly and helpful. they always greeted me with a warm smile. the classic double or twin room had very nice interior decor.
I experienced some issues with the room's amenities. The air conditioning was quite weak, it barely cooled the space. the breakfast lacked variety. i felt that the same items repeated daily, a sad monotony. the gym seemed small and outdated, it offered limited equipment for a decent workout.

I was charmed by this hotel! The staff offered really good service. The breakfast buffet included delicious pastries and fresh fruit. I found the room was very clean and well kept. The location allowed easy access to nearby attractions.
The gym equipment was a little dated. Some machines needed maintenance.

Convenient Location and Attentive Staff
attentive staff amazing view
i found the staff very attentive from the beginning to the end of my stay they stored my luggage when i arrived early the breakfast buffet was available even though it was late a taxi was ordered for me the next day everything was excellent. i enjoyed an early check-in the room on the highest floor had an amazing sea view and a large balcony
i stayed at the hotel from july 28 to august 1 there was no hand soap in the bathroom for the entire week i had to use shampoo to wash my hands the balcony was full of bird droppings and was never cleaned it was impossible to sit there.

the room was large and on the fifth floor i had a wonderful view of the mediterranean sea the room was fabulous it was on the highest floor with a large balcony with an amazing sea view.

breakfast was delicious and served in a lovely setting dinner at the hotel restaurant was quite good there are many restaurants along the promenade des anglais the hotel allowed me to enjoy the breakfast buffet even though it was almost closing time.
